If I lived in the area, this would be my florist of choice. I used this florist shop to send flowers to a friend who loss her grandmother. Unfortunately, my friend did not pick up when they wanted to deliver so they gave me a call. I made some calls to my friend/husband and gave the florist an ETA which would be after the shop closed. These people told me “it’s okay, we’re still going to get it delivered today. let them know we’ll be there”… Mt friend’s husband said when they arrived they were so nice & he felt like me and the florist knew each other because we both spoke so highly of each other and only had a 10 minute conversation. When I say OVER & BEYOND and that’s the attitude that businesses and merchants need.
