I ordered a floral arrangement through Westend Garden’s website for a visitation and funeral, then called with a follow up question. Even though it was a few minutes before closing, I was greeted by the sweetest person who went out of her way to help me and assure me that my enclosed message could be corrected. I also mentioned that I forgot to request delivery by a certain time for the visitation, and she assured me that she always double-checks visitation times posted at the funeral home to make sure there isn’t an error on the customer’s end. Wow! I appreciate that kind of service! Plus, the floral arrangement was absolutely gorgeous, expressing my condolences perfectly.

I live in California and was looking for a flower shop in Iowa. The service was great and the flowers were gorgeous they looked just like they advertised. Flowers were handled and delivered with care. They even called my daughter to confirm the delivery. I would definitely use this flower shop again.

I ordered after 10am on a Sunday and it was delivered before 2pm. An incredibly kind and helpful individual contacted me to confirm the delivery and the flowers were beautiful!!!
