I had ordered less than 24 hours and when I arrived at the church at 09:30 the next morning and they were there. The arrangement looked just like the picture and they were beautiful. Thank you so much!

Very easy to order online. They kept in contact with me when my plant got delivered. Very accommodating. Would definitely order from here again!

This picture of the deluxe dishgarden does not show what was actually delivered. I asked for three dishgardens with added purple flowers and they were all so beautiful. I ordered online and added my notes. Even with a mistake on my part which made the delivery challenging, West End came through and the arrangements were delivered on time. If I lived closer, I would be a regular customer!

West End Garden Florist service was above and beyond. I wrote the wrong address on the order, I called and it was delivered to the correct location without incident.
The arrangement looked better than advertised.

If I lived in the area, this would be my florist of choice. I used this florist shop to send flowers to a friend who loss her grandmother. Unfortunately, my friend did not pick up when they wanted to deliver so they gave me a call. I made some calls to my friend/husband and gave the florist an ETA which would be after the shop closed. These people told me “it’s okay, we’re still going to get it delivered today. let them know we’ll be there”… Mt friend’s husband said when they arrived they were so nice & he felt like me and the florist knew each other because we both spoke so highly of each other and only had a 10 minute conversation. When I say OVER & BEYOND and that’s the attitude that businesses and merchants need. I appreciate you all so much & I pray that God continues to bless your business & endeavors
