West End Gardens did and absolutely amazing job from the beautiful flowers to the genuine and nice customer service. I live over 10 hours away from my family and have never had a good experience when I get them flowers delivered until I found West End Gardens!! They will be my go to from here on out

I had no experience with this florist as I was getting flowers for a friend in another state. I placed the order online and received communication very quickly. The florist made a beautiful arrangement :) There was one substitution in flowers that needed to be made but it wasn't an issue at all as the flowers that replaced them were just as lovely. Gorgeous arrangement, great service and very reasonable pricing! I recommend this florist 100%!

If I lived in the area, this would be my florist of choice. I used this florist shop to send flowers to a friend who loss her grandmother. Unfortunately, my friend did not pick up when they wanted to deliver so they gave me a call. I made some calls to my friend/husband and gave the florist an ETA which would be after the shop closed. These people told me “it’s okay, we’re still going to get it delivered today. let them know we’ll be there”… Mt friend’s husband said when they arrived they were so nice & he felt like me and the florist knew each other because we both spoke so highly of each other and only had a 10 minute conversation. When I say OVER & BEYOND and that’s the attitude that businesses and merchants need. I appreciate you all so much & I pray that God continues to bless your business & endeavors

Arrangement was beautifully done for my grandmother's funeral service. The delivery was on time and in place with plenty of time prior to the service. I really appreciate the loving care and kindness give during a difficult time!

Absolutely stunning! I ordered these for my best friend's 40th birthday and she sent a photo--we were both very happy with the quality of the arrangement!

Ordering and payment was also a breeze. Sue and West End Gardens are the best around the Quad Cities!

West End Garden Florist service was above and beyond. I wrote the wrong address on the order, I called and it was delivered to the correct location without incident.
The arrangement looked better than advertised.
